Fare Conditions applicable on travel originating from UAE to PIA’s International sectors. The charges mentioned apply to each passenger on the itinerary ( adult, child and/or infant occupying a seat).

These conditions are applicable on regular fares. Special/promotional fares are for limited time periods and may have different fare conditions. Please note that if more than one fare condition is used to arrive at a fare, the most restrictive condition applies for the itinerary.

Booking Changes

BEFORE DEPARTURE (Travel FROM UAE)	One change 72 hours prior departure in either direction	Free

AFTER DEPARTURE (Travel TO UAE)	One change 72 hours prior departure in either direction	Free

No-Show Charges:

AED 80 will be applicable for no-show within four hours of flight departure or after flight departure from UAE.

*However, above No show charges will not be applicable if passenger is  no-show due to Immigration Authorities. Station manager will certify on passport photo copy of the concerned passenger that he was offloaded due to immigration reasons. 

No Show at Airport boarding gate:

AED 600 will be applicable in case a passenger fails to show up at the departure/boarding gate after passenger has checked-in and boarding card has been issued.

Ticket Refunds

Fully Un-used ticket	AED 80 will be charged
Half/Partially Used Ticket (i.e one or more segments have been travelled)	Deduction of one-way applicable fare & AED 80 / per passenger

Other Conditions:

1. Charge(s)/Penalty (ies) shall be levied in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, class of travel or any other reason.
2. Refund of balance ticket is not allowed if Flight coupons are utilized out of sequence.
3. No charge/penalty apply in case of death of/ medical illness of passenger (official documents/ medical certificate required)
4. In case reservation change involves more than one sector, change of booking charge will be applicable on the first unutilized coupon. For Example: PAX holding confirmed reservation for UAE-ISB-UAE and desires to change both Outbound / Inbound reservation, Change of Booking charges apply only for once i.e first unutilized coupon UAE-ISB.
5. In case a passenger is no-show and require a refund/change of booking then only one penalty/charge, whichever is higher, will be applicable.

* Children Discounts:

Children/infants must be accompanied on all flights by an adult passenger.

**Stopovers

One stopover in Pakistan in either direction is permitted free of charge. Additional stopover will be charged at USD 50
