Fare Conditions applicable for travel originating from Oslo/Copenhagen on PIA’s International sectors..

The charges mentioned apply to each passenger on the itinerary ( adult, child and/or infant occupying a seat).

These conditions are applicable on regular fares. Special/promotional fares are for limited time periods and may have different fare conditions. Please note that if more than one fare condition is used to arrive at a fare, the most restrictive condition applies for the entire itinerary.

 

Booking Changes

BEFORE DEPARTURE   (Travel FROM Oslo /Copenhagen)	7 days or more before departure	ONE change is free of charge on entire journey For subsequent changes EUR 50 will be charged
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	EUR 50 will be charged for all changes in booking
AFTER DEPARTURE   (Travel TO Oslo /Copenhagen)	7 days or more before departure	ONE change is free of charge on entire journey For subsequent changes EUR 50 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	EUR 50 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged for all changes in booking

No-Show

EUR 75 will be charged in case of no-show

(Any change made within 4 hours of flight departure will also be considered as a No-Show)

Special “I” class Fare

Terms and Conditions for RBD “I” Effective from 07 Sep 2011:

1. Validity: 03 Months
2. Change of Booking Charges: EUR 75
     No Free change is allowed
3. Refund / Cancellation Charges: EUR 100

Ticket Refunds

Fully Un-used ticket	EUR 50 will be charged
Half/Partially Used Ticket (i.e one or more segments have been travelled)	One way fare of travelled segments will be deducted & EUR 50 will be charged

 

Refund is not applicable on remaining flight(s) if ticket is utilized out of sequence.

 

•  In case of applicability of more than one penalty, only one penalty/charge which ever is higher will be payable.
• The Charges are in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, booking class or any other reason.
• In case reservation change involves more than one sector at a time , change of booking charge will be applicable on the first unutilized segment. E.g. If a Passenger is holding confirmed ticket on CPH-ISB-CPH and desires to change both CPH-ISB and ISB-CPH reservation at a time, penalty charges will apply only on first segment i.e. CPH-ISB only.
